How can I place an order?
You can easily place an order through our shop. If you have any questions regarding the ordering process, please contact info@karma-dentistry.com or send us a message via WhatsApp.
Do I need an account to order?
It is necessary to have an account to place an order. Karma members automatically receive a 10% discount on all courses and selected products in the webshop. Without an account, our system cannot grant this discount to Karma members.
I would like to place an order for multiple people, is this possible?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to order for multiple people on 1 account, the account is personal. In this case it is advisable to contact info@karma-dentistry.com or contact us via whatsapp.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or change your order up to 24 hours after ordering. After 24 hours you can contact us by email or WhatsApp.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to almost all countries. When placing your order you can enter your zipcode and address. The shipping costs will then be calculated automatically.
How do I see if a product is in stock?
If the ordered product is not in stock, this will be displayed in our webshop. Products that are ‘sold out’ cannot be purchased at that time. If a product is on backorder, the product can be purchased, but shipping will only take place when the item is back in stock.
How do I use a discount code?
Go to your shopping cart and enter your discount code. Then click on ‘apply coupon’ and the discount will be processed.
What is the status of my order?
You can see the status of your order in your account. If you have any questions and/or uncertainties, you can always contact info@karma-dentistry.com or contact us via WhatsApp.
Do I pay delivery costs on my order?
Yes, the delivery costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process. By entering your address and country you can see exactly what the shipping costs will be.
Can I also pick up an order?
Orders can only be collected by appointment at our office in Arnhem. For a collection appointment, please contact info@karma-dentistry.com or via WhatsApp.
Which carrier will my order be delivered with?
That depends on the delivery address. We always choose the cheapest delivery option to keep delivery costs as low as possible for you.
What should I do if I have not received my order?
If you have not (yet) received an order, you can always contact info@karma-dentistry.com or contact us via WhatsApp.
Can I choose a delivery day myself?
Unfortunately, you cannot choose a delivery day or time via our webshop. After receiving your track & trace code, you can often indicate to the supplier (DHL, UPS, PostNL, etc.) where/when you want to receive the package.
When will I receive my invoice?
After placing an order, you will automatically receive an invoice from us.
Where can I find my invoice?
Immediately after your order you will receive an invoice by email. You can also find this invoice in your account at karma-dentistry.com/my-account.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation yet?
If you have not yet received an order confirmation, it may be that your order has not yet been processed. When you look in your account you can see the status of the order (canceled, pending payment or completed).
I have received a reminder with a payment link, is this spam?
If your invoice has not yet been paid, you will receive a reminder from us to make the payment, this is not spam.
When will the orders be shipped?
All orders placed before Thursday 12:00 CEST will be shipped on Thursday afternoon (excluding public holidays, holiday periods or when products are out of stock). If your order is placed after Thursday 12:00 CEST, it will be shipped the following Thursday.
What do I have to do to return my product?
If you are dissatisfied or have ordered the wrong product, please feel free to contact info@karma-dentistry.com or contact us via Whatsapp.
What are the return conditions?
The product must be returned intact and in the original packaging.
What are the exceptions to returns?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return online products such as courses and online conferences.
What happens after returning a product?
Depending on your wishes, you can choose a different product or credit the amount.
Do I have to pay anything for returning a product?
The return costs are for the customer himself.

I have purchased a live course. Where can I see at which location the course takes place?
Our course page indicates at which location the course takes place. In addition, you will always receive an email with further information the week in advance.
I purchased a multi-day live course. Is hotel accommodation included in the course?
Hotel accommodation is not included in the course.
I purchased an online course. When can I start the course?
You can start the course immediately after purchase. If the course also contains a material box, it will be sent as soon as possible.
I purchased an online course that includes a materials box. When can I expect this box at home?
We ship our packages every Thursday afternoon (with the exception of public holidays, holiday periods and when products are not in stock).
I have a question about the content of a live/online course, where can I go?

I have purchased a live/online course, when will my KRT points be awarded?
After completing the course, we will arrange attendance at the KRT.
